Our Santa letters are special.  Santa personalizes them using information you provide.  The letters are beautifully printed and since they are mailed directly from the North Pole, they arrive in a Christmas envelope, postmarked by the North Pole's post office in Santa's Village (NOT Alaska or any other North Pole post office).  Your letter and the "North Pole-postmarked" Christmas envelope will arrive inside of a 2nd outer mailing envelope so that it is possible to keep the letter a secret from the recipient until you desire.

Christmas is Santa's busiest time of year and so, in order to guarantee delivery of your letters by December 25, 2014, he asks that you place your order before November 30, 2014.  Any orders placed up until December 15th will still be completed and will still most likely arrive on time, but there is no guarantee of delivery by December 25th.
