The letters are personalized by Santa using the information you provide.  They are then beautifully printed and since they are mailed directly from the North Pole, they arrive in a Christmas envelope, postmarked by the North Pole's post office in Santa's Village (the TRUE North Pole in the Arctic Circle).

Christmas is Santa's busiest time of year and so, in order to guarantee delivery of your letters by mail, he asks that you place your order before November 30, 2014.  Any orders placed up until December 15th will still be completed but there is no guarantee of delivery by December 25th.
